Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Worthwrap account and navigate to your order history to select the electronic items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Device

  Ensure the device is factory reset to protect your data, and pack it securely in its original packaging including all cables, manuals, and accessories.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location within 7 days of your request.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the device's condition and serial number, your refund or exchange will be processed within 3 to 5 business days.
